Pressure Reset

  • There’s a sense of push.

Something to decide.  Something to move on.
Something waiting for you to resolve it.

    The pace tightens.

Everything starts to feel like it needs an answer.

  • Stay with the pressure for a moment.

    Where do you feel it?

In your chest.  Your jaw.  The way you’re thinking ahead.

    What is it asking for?

    Speed?  Certainty?  Completion?

    Let the ask become clear.

  • Give it less.

    Slow the response.
Leave something unanswered a little longer.
Take one piece off the table.

See what changes when you don’t meet it at full force.

    Let the pace reset itself.
